Join the Family Outdoor Adventure Club for our July Parents & Tykes Hike at Palos Park Woods South!
This is a free hike meetup for kiddos 0-6 years old and their parents/caregivers. We'll meet at the picnic grove / trailhead at Palos Park Woods South on W 119th St between S 88th and 89th Ave in Palos Park. After a welcome and brief round of intros, we'll head out around 9:40am for a relaxed, meandering, out-and-back toddler-to-preschooler-paced hike. After the hike, feel free to hang out for a BYO picnic or snack to continue the connecting and fun.
Ages: 0-6 years old with a parent/adult caregiver

Other Notes/Tips:
This event is capped at 30 participants. This includes all adults and walking children (babies do not need a ticket).
Baby carriers are recommended over strollers on this trail.
Older siblings are welcome, but we'll be going at a toddler-to-preschooler pace.
Porta-potties are available at this trailhead.
